I did powder brows in 2018. I have retouched them 2 times since. Absolutely loving them. Though in my case I have very cool undertones and my natural hair is a very cool shade of brown. So even when the warm pigments fades, my brows still work with my colouring.

I think maybe the issue is the person you went to? 🤷🏽♀️I have mine done every 18 months and it fades the same colour it was done in originally
