My struggles too. But my tips is dont use the nails, open your eyes and look straight forward, use the index and middle fingers to take it out…

Try with very dry fingers, each time after you try, dry your finger. The contacts should be able to stick to your finger

use your finger and press your eyelid from the top diagonal corner away from the eye, then blink hard and the contacts will fall out on its own!!

Idk if this works, but for me what I did was, chin bend down towards the neck, eyes look up towards the mirror,drag it down and use knuckle to pinch

You can look all the way into your inner eye corner, then use your index corner to pull the lens to the outer corner and use both your thumb and index

ok i just recently went to my specs shop to try contact lens so the uncle say use left hand middle finger pull up ur upper eyelids and then right hand

using cotton bud, fold in half and use as a tweezer. safer and easy

i usually look straight, pull lower eyelid down and use the grippy tweazers to grab the bottom, avoid iris since i usually have long nails [cry]

I use a silicon thing for my hard contacts, it works very well. Maybe it works for soft ones too? Here is a link!

I fold my q-tip and kaip them out! I learnt from tiktok somewhere haha. The kiap u using a bit abrasive for me 🥹

Using one hand, pull eyelid and eye bag to widen your eye first. Look straight and place middle finger of other hand on lens
