@fitfoodieselma: Healthy Apple Pie Cookies🤩 These cookies are perfect for fall🧡 These are a yummy dessert or snack idea😋 The recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free & nut free☺️ • This makes about 12 cookies: 1 cup (gluten-free) oats (240 ml) 1/2 cup (gluten-free) oat flour (120 ml) 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil 1 egg 1/2 cup apple puree (120 ml)* 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 diced red apple* • 1. Mix the dry ingredients together 2. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine 3. Fold in the diced apple 4. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper 5.
