@holmescooking: Mississippi Chicken Sliders Filling 5lbs chicken breast 2 packets of aus jus mix 2 packets of Lipton onion soup mix 1 jar shredded pepperonchinis 1 stick butter Ranch seasoning to taste General garlic salt pepper seasoning to taste (Optional) 2 tbsps garlic Sliders 2 8 oz packs sliced provolone cheese 2 12 packs Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls Mayo/ butter to toast buns 2 tbsps melted butter 1 tbsp ranch seasoning 1 tbsp parsley To a large crockpot add all mixture ingredients and cook on low for 4hrs, or high til chicken hits 165 (approximately 2-3hrs) shred with 2 forks or carefully with a hand mixer Preheat oven to 350, Open pack of buns and cut in half setting top half to the side, cover bottom with mayo or butter.
