Nail polish remover or 100% acetone. The only h thing that has helped remove all the dirt on the rubber part

I literally just used dawn dish soap and scrubbed it with a spare dish brush

baking soda oxi clean white powder and arm and hammer all mixed and scrub with a toothbrush! hope this helps!

do a little bleach a toothbrush and some detergent or dish soap preferably dawn or tide (spray bleach and let soak for 30 mins on the bottoms)
