@danielle.lam226: PCH official Howie had just picked up the flowers when a police officer approached the Prize Patrol van. "Is this for real?"- the officer was Chief Bishop of Kewaskum PD! "I gotta see this for myself!" he said, as Howie invited him along. We raced off to our Ford Expedition XL ST winner's house with media close behind us. "How you doin'?" Howie asked Wisconsin winner Phil as he opened the door. Wide eyed, he said, "A lot better now...Fantastic!" Phil said he and his wife could use a new car, but after thinking about it for a second, he chose the cash option of $57,815.00!! Phil said he'll buy a cheaper car and will use the rest of the money to pay off outstanding bills. Chief Bishop congratulated our winner and took lots of photos to post on the Kewaskum PD social media pages.
