Just use a salicylic acid cleanser a few times a week. I use the CeraVe one. Has drastically reduced the appearance of my sebaceous filaments (you will never 100% get rid of them)

oil cleanser is supposed to be used before ur water based cleanser, ur just clogging ur pores otherwise

also for the oily skin girlies: do not use an oil cleanser, it’s better to use a sulfuric cleanser every few days :)
