I use baby bubble bath with olbas oil in it... Because that menthol stuff leaves you with burning flap syndrome.

OK so mild soap on a soft towel or soft toilet tissue. milk can also be used in the same way. be sure that Yr fingers are clean as can make worse

I washed with what i didnt notice was menthol shower gel......such a weird and not very pleasant burning/tingling sensation around the balls. The helmet was worse 🤣
