@whealth_: We do these videos every time we paint, but we never post them because we perceive them as being "too boring." If people find this video to be interesting, we can post some of the others that I have recorded in the past. The shoulder has a ton of stuff going on. People often think of the shoulder as being the arm inside a socket that do all of the work, but it is actually the arm and the shoulder blade that work together to make it move in the greatest range of motion possible. The shoulder girdle is the most mobile set of joints in our body and it can be incredibly strong and durable if you strengthen all of the stuff painted in this video. We don't go too much into the action of the muscles in this video. If you want more detailed anatomy info such as where a muscle starts and finishes (origin and insertion), it's action, and interesting facts. Remember, whenever you move your arm in any direction, ALL of the muscles painted here are turned on at varying amounts.
