Good luck! My dancer is on her 3rd week. The first day or so of each tray is uncomfortable. Better than traditional braces though!

Oh I got an electric toothbrush when I got my braces put on. Don’t have braces now but I still use the toothbrush. The heads are replaceable.

I just finished having Invisalign and if your teeth hurt you can use oragel on your gums and it will numb the pain while your mouth gets used to it
