Almost started crying right here 🥹🥹 I’m just now finding out I might be autistic. I remember I used to do that a LOT in elementary and middle school. My mom told me to stop doing it so I haven’t done it ever since. I learning a LOT and I’m so upset now

I thought this was just a typical neurodivergent thing 😭. I have ADHD, but I've never been diagnosed with autism. Apparently I have other traits too, but I have to stop myself from doing this a lot.
