@teaseats: ✨NEW MICHELIN-RATED RAMEN IN LA✨ There are plenty of options for ramen in Los Angeles, but this popular Michelin-rated ramen shop from Tokyo that opened in Larchmont earlier this year deserves a spot at the top of your list. Tonchin is known for their housemade noodles and elevated ramen dishes, but they’re so much more than just a ramen shop. Their appetizers and non-noodle dishes are way more extensive and WAY better than you’d expect — the Curry & Cheese Wings, tableside sizzling Gyoza, and poke-esque Maguro with lettuce wraps are all musts. But don’t let that distract from the main event. All first-timers should try their Classic Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen, which will absolutely blow your mind in terms of quality and flavor; but my favorite thing on the menu is actually the Spicy Tan Tan Tsukemen, or dipping noodles, with an insanely rich and flavorful broth. They have vegan options too! Desserts here are also standouts, from their huge Kakigori, or Japanese shaved ice, to the Tokyo Banana which is somehow even better than Magnolia Bakery’s banana pudding (don’t come at me, it’s true!).
