🍓Cream Donuts, been wanting to make this ever since I first saw it and I finally did, but I forgot to dust it with icing sugar on top so it’s not as pretty 🥹 easy recipe below👇 give this one a try and hope y’all like it ✨ Recipe Donut Dough Serving size - 4 Yeast mixture - 3/4 cups milk - 2 tsp instant yeast - 3 tbsp sugar Mix together and let it rise Flour mix - 2 cups flour - 1/2 tsp salt Mix it with the yeast mixture and add in 20g of butter *you can mix the wet and dry ingredients together without letting the yeast rise first as well Knead for twenty minutes and let it double in size ( takes about an hour ) Take it out and divide it into four pieces. Shape the dough into circular size and let it double in size before frying in medium heat for around 3 mins before flipping.
