I'm so sad that I got psoriasis at the age of 17 (now 20) it feels like a nightmare hopefully something works out for me, cause I'm so mentally tired.

Unfortunately I feel your pain. I’ve tried everything. Steroid helped but came back with a vengeance after. It’s part environmental and part diet.

Nizoral shampoo is the only thing that works for me. You can get it on amazon, but it’s expensive.

I’m 29 and I’ve had this since middle school. Do an apple cider vinegar rinse before shampooing once a week and it will clear up. Trust me.

I’m sure you have your own tactics to deal with this. Everyone’s is different. I use T-gel shampoo every other hair wash. Hope this helps 👍

Yea tree oil !!! It loosens all of it…brush it out with a fine tooth comb, and you will have fresh hair for a bit! That’s what my co-worker does !
