@chuysmacros: Physique update! Macro split 2900 calories 218g Protein 290g Carbs 96g Fat The first video is of me earlier this year on and off with staying on track with my diet. Consuming alcohol "socially". | have been trying to find that sweet spot with my macros to where I look good, feel good, have enough energy to train and feel satiated! 2900 seems to be that sweet spot for me. I haven't had a cheat meal in 62 days so I'm sure with that one weekly untracked meal I will be satisfied with these numbers! The energy level the carbs give me is insane, I am able to roll non stop in ju jitsu! I wore a heart rate monitor during a jiu jitsu session on Thursday and it showed I burned 1080 calories in 100minutes! I felt great throughout the session, my body and mind were both ready to take on anything I threw at it! Post session I still felt great, slept awesome and got up the next day at 4am.
