I don't understand how people could hate uehara, especially in Season 2. He showed how much he loved nao. He showed genuine love for her. He would hug her and tried his best to be the best boyfriend for her. Of course, he wasn't perfect, but he tried his best to make her happy. The other characters was perfect they always tried to make Nao happy but they understood that uehara was the only one who really made nao change. She understood what love means: that it isn't always happy and that it also has bad times. I also kind of lowkey ship Daichi, but it was so clear that Nao wasn't interested in him. I really like this movie because there were so many problems between the characters that absolutely made the series more fun 🥹🥹

s1.. yes i did in fact hate him but he really showed his love for her in s2 😞 although a part of me wishes she had picked issei or daichi

Honestly uehara was a HUGGGEEE red flag. He was always chasing after yuri, he always dismissed nao’s feelings.
