@nikittalouise1: The other weeks chicken & stuffing baguettes went down an absolute treat so we are carrying on the theme this week with with something a bit more boujee…roast beef & onion baguettes 😍 omg these were sooooo good! The beef could have done with 10 mins left but was still banging! The recipe for the airfryer beef is in my roast dinner highlights if you want to give it a try. To make the caramelised onions I fried off half a red onion in a splash of oil then added 3 tsp brown sugar & 1tbsp balsamic vinegar once they have softened & cook for another 20 mins until the liquid has dissolved.
