How do you prevent lower lash mascara from transferring onto the under-eye area? I’ve tried every mascara, concealer, powder combo… always transfers😭

I loveeee when I do this but feel like it always transfers even when I powder or prime before. ever so slightly oily lids naturally but nothing crazy
