I’ve been using the same oil for a bald spot and I use it 2x a week for 4-5 hours. Massage scalp before applying the oil, don’t brush it with oil on.

Wash hair daily to remove DHT if you’re more oily. Scalp massaging daily too before applying the mielle or rosemary oil/apply to clean hair overnight

I use this exact product and have very similar hair to yours. I let mine sit in for at least an hour then do a double shampoo. Basically you shampoo twice then use Conditioner. also try collagen

I use it. I massage my hair, then apply oil, than massage, leave in hair overnight, shampoo twice. shaemoisture Jamaican castor oil.. wash, then add Shaemoisture jam, castor oil conditioner live it.
