@leslie.koh: Cooking BCM seemed simple until I tried it myself at No.25 Minced Meat Noodles! 😅
 I recently dropped by to try them out and since it was close to their closing time, I asked if I can cook my own bowl of noodles.

Under Han’s watchful eye, I attempted their Signature Minced Meat Noodle ($8). It was a lesson in precision — timing is everything to draw out the rich flavours and perfect texture.

The bowl was packed with hearty minced meat, crispy fried sole fish, aromatic garlic bits, and crunchy pork lard - a true flavour explosion with every bite! 
 And let’s talk about the tonkotsu-inspired soup. Thick, rich, brimming with umami, with fish maw and homemade fish dumplings? Absolutely delicious.
 I missed out on their best-selling dry kway teow, but that’s just another reason to return. Next time, I’ll leave it to the expert and enjoy every spoonful with newfound respect for this dish.
