Looks like you need some Nalcool added to the coolant water. Some water has chlorine added and it’s not good for engines.

If you want to check for coolant electrolysis. Drop your red lead from a volt meter in the coolant the black to ground. If you see anywhere near 1 VDC

Its a Volvo for starters. Gotta check the coolant to water ratio. Over 50% can and will eat alloy away quite quickly.

Check your coolant for chlorines. Might have a cooler leaking salt water into the coolant. Or too sting/weak of a mix of coolant.
