@cultureburns: Some days I can only give the gym 80% and thats okay. The important thing is to show up and let consistency be the catalyst to your momentum. Even showing up to simply stretch or do 10 min of cardio can be enough to keep you on track. You are not a machine so dont beat yourself up for having periods of weakness, burn out, distraction, priority shits etc.
