@betteryoubettersociety: How To Lose Weight When You’re In Pain 1. Focus mainly on your diet. Eat 3 meal a day of 6-8oz of chicken breast, steak or salmon with a side of vegetables. Drink 1 protein shake in addition to these meals. Eat fruit or a protein bar if you need a snack. Avoid the sweets and processed foods. 2. Do cardio & workouts that don’t aggravate your condition or cause you pain. Do 30-60 mins of cardio 5-7 days a week. Strength train 3-5 days a week. 3.
