Have you ever looked into MCAS? I have HyperPOTS as well, and the biggest cause of that is MCAS. Since you mentioned mono, definitely look into that.

I learned I did because I had high BP during my tilt test and my neuropathy and small fiber test seemed normal. Plus, full body tremors.
