@themodernnonna: 110 grams of protein in a day + what I eat in a day that makes me HAPPY 😊 and keeps me FULL for hours! I know we see a lot of “what I eat in a day to lose weight” but I really want to put an emphasis on what I eat in a day to FEEL GOOD and happy! I usually have my meals 4 hours apart as I strive for 30grams of protein per meal which keeps me full for hours! If you are trying to incorporate more protein in your day, this is my breakdown below (I am currently weight training at the gym 5 days a week) so my goals may be different than yours ⬇️ never compare yourself to anyone else and do what works for you personally!
