@thisisplanetfood: 7 MINUTE AIRFRIED DOUGHNUTS 🍩 recipe below!! ad ☕️Mix 200g Greek yoghurt, 400g self raising flour and 100ml NEW Toffee Nut Latte @ArcticIcedCoffee together until you have a dough 🍩Split into equal pieces and roll into balls (we got 18) ☕️Airfry at 170C for 7 mins - then set aside to cool 🍩Meanwhile make the filling - mix 50g caster sugar and 1 tbsp cornflour together ☕️Add in 2 egg yolks and whisk into a paste 🍩Warm through 250ml Arctic Coffee Toffee Nut Latte until just lukewarm ☕️Gradually add the warmed coffee into the egg yolk mixture and continue to whisk until fully combined 🍩Add this mixture to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat - whisking constantly ☕️Turn up the heat and whisk quickly until thickened into a custard 🍩Place in a large, flat container, covered with cling film so that the cling film is touching the top of the mixture - this stops a film forming on top of your custard! ☕️Place in the fridge and allow to cool completely before using 🍩Once ready to assemble, dip the doughnuts into melted butter and then into caster sugar mixed with cinnamon ☕️Make a hole in the doughnuts with a small knife, and use a piping bag to pipe in your coffee cream from earlier #planetfood #FoodTok #ukfood #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #airfryertiktok #EasyRecipes #christmastok #comfortfood #tasty #coffeeaddict #icedcoffee #coffeetok
