How are you gonna give someone a sobriety test when you could tell she was just beat to a bloody pulp and hasn’t been seen by a medical facility. He should’ve had her go straight to the hospital to be examined since she probably has a concussion. Then they could’ve drawn blood to see if she had any drugs or alcohol in her system.🙄

I can’t understand why the officer didn’t try to help her. I get that what she told him was a story about her sister’s girlfriend. None of it makes sense, but clearly she could’ve been a DV victim. Why not give her a chance to get home safe safely instead of a arresting her and making her do sobriety test while having one eye shut 🥺
