Yeh be good if you could move them into a LTD but if you have brought them like 10 years ago the CGT will be not worth it

If I put my rentals into a ltd company I would be hit with stamp duty and a huge CGT bill - by the way I am educated !!!

Stuck - can’t put them into a Ltd Co as Stamp Duty will be so high …. and getting killed with tax, so understand why people are leaving the market
