@eddieabbew: This is my first meal of the day. As you can see, I had some jollof rice, a native Ghanaian dish just to get a little bit of carbs in after that hard back workout. I don’t usually eat jollof rice in the week. If I eat it, it is for a cheat meal. I went to the kitchen and I saw ProPrep making jollof rice to sell for people for their weekly cheat meals. I had to have some. Reminds me of my childhood back in Ghana. It tastes really nice.
