@leadershipmel: Look - being a leader is a broad skill set so this one idea will define the scope of your leadership style Hi, I’m Mel - I’m an exec coach for pre-executives who want to be better leaders in their career. If that’s you - then make sure you give me a follow So here’s what you need to know… leadership is not a title or a role or set of responsibilities…  Leadership is a way of being.  Meaning it’s how you show up for everything - everything from how you say things in meetings, how you make decisions, to how you help someone think to how you manage your time. Leadership needs to become WHO YOU ARE before it can become WHAT YOU DO. #leadershiptok #corporatetok #leadership #bealeader #leadershipskills #executivecoach #corporatelife #successincorporate #saugeenshores #worklife
