What I would create if I was a For Love & Lemons designer. 🍋🩵 The lace started it all, this beautiful lemon lace I bought on Etsy from my favorite tailormadeshop it’s sold out but they always have lovely items in their shop. The upper top of the lace cup is stabilized with 1/4in clear elastic. Backing the lace midriff fabric, I have stabilizing fabric and the bottom edge of the lace is finished with the clear elastic again. I’ve used a stretch satin for the lower cup, the channels, and as a bias tape to finish off where the picot elastic would usually go. The stretch satin was also used for decorative underwire channels on the front but I do have plush underwiring channeling on the back with the underwire inside. The channels on the front have Rigilene boning in them. The bra strap elastic (3/8th satin faced plush elastic) is dyed with Rit synthetic dye in the color ‘Kentucky Sky’ and I’ve used 3/8th in gold rings and sliders. The back is finished off with a hook & eye.
