@ocfeed: This is cool as Del. @DelTaco is adding new menu items to its lineup, and I got to check them out at their headquarters!!! Items launch November 9th. In the lineup, they’ve got: Shredded beef birria tacos with consomé Shredded beef birria quesadilla with consomé Birria ramen Biscoff cookie butter shake!!!! The birria recipe was created by Del Taco’s Senior Director of Culinary Research & Development, Jeremias Aguayo. He grew up in a Mexican household, and was inspired by street vendors and their creativity - this is how the idea for birria ramen from Del Taco was born. They searched for the perfect noodles for to-go ramen and found them, and went through 16 revisions to make the broth. It includes clove, cumin, bay leaves, oregano, pasilla, and guajillo peppers. ALL of the new birria items are absolute bangers, but when you combine this new birria into their classic quesadilla, AND give it a consomé dip? GAME CHANGING. And ok…can we talk about the shake. I literally refrain from ever getting cookie butter at the store because I WILL eat the entire thing. They got their creamy vanilla ice cream, mixed it with Biscoff cookie butter & cookie crumbles, and sheeeeeeeesh. It’s insane. I would like for this shake to come out of my shower faucet, lol.
