colder it gets worse it gets on bottom of windows even with blinds open. dampness in house makes it worse. I eliminated it 99.9% in my house.

We have brand new windows and no blinds or curtains and a dehumidifier and still have condensation 😩

Check the rating on windows -amount of humidity it can take you will find out many are rated for 30-40% which is impossible to maintain without HRV
