Triple A did me like that as well they never showed up but called me the next day at night saying did I still need a tow I cancelled

My car also did that it wasn’t the trans it was the shifter thingy that puts the car in drive or reverse it was a ten dolla fix

My car did that awhile back but it wouldn’t start up after . It was the timing belt that broke and my water pump needed to be replaced.

I had roadside assistance with State Farm they took me off because they said everytime I use it, it puts a claim on my insurance n they would get rid
