@marksmithphotos: Ospreys can be picky about the fish they catch but they rarely pass a good opportunity for an easy meal. In this instance a very large ladyfish that has washed ashore. Ospreys will take dead or injured fish as long as they haven’t been dead too long. The real problem here is whether or not this bird can actually fly away with this massive fish.
