My two cents: When your kids want a dog- don’t get your kids a dog 🤦🏻♀️the novelty wares off so quick and now you have a 10-18 year commitment.

Sometimes it’s nice to get a puppy while you are pregnant or when your baby is very little for a few reasons but #1 in my opinion is they can grow up together and that dog will be very protective over
