Best Dating advice? Be your true weird self from day one. It saves so much time and energy pretending to be someone you’re not. Dating gets easier when you stop performing. I’ve also had this little rule I swear by: FaceTime before the first date. Just to catch the vibe and feel their energy. Sure, it’s not the same as in person, but you can still pick up a lot. There were so many times in my 20s where I’d be sitting at dinner thinking, yep… wish I had that call first 😅 I always do those calls no makeup, no filter. Do the little weird things early. Make your jokes. Order what you actually want. Wear what makes you feel good. If they judge it… that’s your sign. if someone doesn’t like the real version of you, they’re not your person. In my 30s, dating honestly got way easier because I stopped forcing connections. Since turning 30 I would always say If it’s not a f*** yes… it’s a f*** no. Remember no one’s perfect, everyone has a little baggage, but know your non-negotiables… and stick with them ❤️
