I really struggle with this an know that my daughter really needs this 1-1 time but I between work and her after school activities it's hard to do so!

not there yet as I’m stil on mat leave but I’m dreading going back to work for this reason. I feel like I’ll only have 30min a day with my daughter🥺

Love this, we do fun Fridays and interchange the 2 kids between the 2 of us (parents)for about 2/3 hours after school and work.
