How is it victim mentality? He tried to entice her to go inside where she could be trespassed, and then to forcibly take her there when she was peacefully exercising her rights from the public location where she was. She then was assaulted by him. Exercising her constitutional rights IS NOT reasonable suspicion and NOT Illegal!

I periodically photograph the Van Nuys Court, because I have got the goods on them. If they pull this with me, I am going public, and they will lose the use of that building! It is totally unsafe!
