@gregcpearson: Booking a race is about more than just the race itself. I wouldn’t worry about the distance. That’s the easy part. And it’s actually a very small portion of what’s required of you to achieve your goal. Training consistently… Week in, week out. That’s the hard part. Do you have the time needed over the next 3-4 months or more, to train for that race?? There are a lot of weekly hours you need to tick off before you even step on that start line. Are you good with that? Can you prioritise your training over other things? If you can… Get the race booked and put a plan in place so that you’re ready to attack the distance on the day. If not… That’s okay too. Reassess, and perhaps change your goal a little? The last thing you want to do, is book a 100km race and than realise after 6-weeks that you simply can’t keep up with the training demands. You CAN run whatever distance you want. But you need to be able to commit to training every week from now, to get to that point. And if you need support with your training for your next big race because you’re not sure how to structure things… DM me COACH to get started today 👇 Don’t wait for 6-weeks to pass by before asking for help 🙋🏼♂️ @gregcpearson @gregcpearson @gregcpearson #runningtips #trainingtips #runninggoals
