@dermatologysurgeon: A 2018 clinical study showed that performing facial yoga exercises daily for 8 weeks, followed by every other day for another 12 weeks reduced facial aging by almost three years and helped to sculpt and contour the face. These exercises were especially helpful for sculpting the cheeks and building cheek volume. This may be because facial yoga increases muscle mass and tone, which can help replace the volume lost from fat as we age.
