I find my way to a place to sit then close my eyes. It usually only happens at home for me luckily . if I were in public I'd be on the ground 😂

This started happening to me recently. Sometimes the walls look like they’re either shaking aggressively, about the same pace as “the honey bee wobble” or it looks like they’re breathing.
