@oneplateclub: Upper pecs won’t grow? 😭⁣ ⁣ 🙅‍♂️ You might have your priorities wrong!⁣ ⁣ ☝️ Just doing upper pec exercises such as incline work is not enough. ⁣ ⁣ 💡 It is about the intention you place behind your pec movements and understanding that your pecs grow as a whole. ⁣ ⁣ 📈 You need to structure in progression first and foremost and follow that up with upper pec movements in the mix afterwards. ⁣ ⁣ ⬆️ Or even better, progress your upper pec movements!⁣ ⁣ ☝️ Although I don’t do much incline myself, i still recommend it because everyone has a different anatomy which may benefit from different exercises. ⁣ ⁣ 🏋️‍♂️ But even still, i am more of an advocate for the flat bench as being the primary progression tool for your pecs.⁣ ⁣ 😌 Who doesn’t want to bench more after all? 🫶⁣ ⁣ #chest #chestworkout #benchpress #bench #upperchest #Fitness #fitnesstips
