Tofu bowls🫶 finally doing our most requested recipe. We’ll be back for more cooking videos! Ingredients: Extra firm tofu Green onion Avocado Cucumber Vegan Mayonnaise White rice Sesame seeds Seaweed sheets Tapioca flour For the sauce: 6 tbsp Soy sauce 4 tbsp Coconut sugar Garlic/Garlic powder Green onion Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil & 1 tbsp rice vinegar Start by cooking your rice so it’s done by the time the tofu is cooked Then press your tofu and break it into little pieces in a big bowl, then pour your tapioca flour in and mix together covering every piece. Set aside. Cut up your cucumber, avocado and green onion and set aside Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside Put your stove on high heat with oil and then lower to a medium heat and cook the tofu pieces and flip/mix every minute or so. This should only take 5-10 mins. Once they are all cooked lower the heat to the lowest setting and pour the sauce in, make sure it is bubbling a little bit and stir as the sauce gets thicker, then turn off the stove and mix in some sesame seeds Serve the tofu on rice with the avocado, cucumber and vegan mayo and enjoy with some seaweed sheets!
