Add some bbq chook & you’ve got a whole meal! 😍 1/2 bag bowtie pasta cooked al dente 1 x baby cos lettuce diced 1 x Lebanese cucumber diced 1 x cup cherry tomatoes quartered 1/4 x cup spring onions 1 x cup diced bacon cooked 1/8 x cup parmesan cheese grated 2 x tbspn dill 1 x tbspn parsley 2 x tbspn ranch dressing Salt & Pepper to taste 1 x tspn oil (olive oil, avocado oil etc) Cook bacon & pasta Drain pasta, run under cold water Add oil to pasta & mix to prevent sticking Dice up all veggies Add pasta to a large serving bowl Add dressing & stir through Add cos lettuce & mix through to coat with dressing Top with remaining ingredients Give a good toss to coat everything Note: if not serving immediately, keep pasta in a container and put everything together just before it’s ready to serve. #BLTSalad #BLT #Christmas #Salad #PastaSalad #ChristmasRecipes #EasyRecipe
