Creamy garlic chicken and bacon gnocchi 😮‍💨 The ULTIMATE comforting dinner recipe to keep you warm whilst its freezing outside 🤣🔥 Bonus points its super quick and easy to make 🫶🏼 521 calories per portion and 44g protein ✅ Hit SAVE to try for your next easy dinner 📌💗 Ingredients (serves 2): 333g fresh gnocchi Italian herb seasoning Tsp smoked paprika Salt Pepper 100g chicken 40g lean diced bacon bits Tsp garlic puree 200ml chicken stock 120ml elmea 45% less fat single cream Handful of spinach 20g parmesan 💗Pan fry the bacon and set to one side. 💗Season the chicken with a tsp of Italian herb seasoning, smoked paprika and to taste with salt and pepper. Rub in well before pan frying until golden. Remove from the pan. 💗Add the garlic and half the stock to the pan to deglaze, before adding the rest of the stock, cream, a tsp of Italian herb seasoning and leave to simmer. 💗Add half the parmesan, the gnocchi and the spinach to the pan for a couple of minutes (make sure the gnocchi is coated in the sauce), at this point it should be cooked (don’t overcook or it’ll go mushy). 💗 Add the chicken bacon to the pan, combine and add the remaining parmesan. *if you are not using fresh gnocchi, I would cook this separately and add in after the spinach along with the chicken.
