@lui_fern: What's the difference between Blanco, Reposado & Añejo Tequila? These are the three most common "classifications" of tequila but what do these terms mean? -- They have to do with how long each batch was aged in a barrel for. Blanco is usually completely unaged, but can spend up to 2 months in a barrel and still be considered a Blanco. Reposado means 'rested' and means that the batch spent anywhere between 2 months and 1 year in a barrel. And Añejo means it spent 1-3 years aging in a barrel. -- #tequilacocktails #tequila #drinkstagrammers #bartending
