guys plants mostly use the water undergound or absorbed from rain by the ground to drink with roots, leafs dont get water, roots do

I usually water with my heart and leave water sitting in the pot for a day and they always soak everything up. I water like once every 3 weeks lmao

The trick is to mix the soil with small lava rock or even gravel and sand to make it more airy so the water doesnt leave "dry spots"
