@transformingbeth: Baking day is my favorite day! I am one month into my sourdough journey. It has been such a learning process. But it’s been incredibly fun and fulfilling as well. I’ve been baking for mostly my family as I’ve practiced with each loaf, always warning them that I’m a rookie. 🤣 But today? The loaves look really good. I’m excited to keep learning and moving forward in this journey—I’m hoping to tackle a gluten free starter from scratch soon. So we’ll see how it goes.
