You should try to not do slick back hairstyles too often as it causes tension hair loss. Keep it loose more often to prevent it!

Put the leave in on you hair first and then the oil to lock in the moisture… oil doesn’t mix with water so the conditioner is just sitting on top of the oil instead of absorbing into the hair

The only thing about this video is that probably don’t use the clear elastics on such fine hair, silk ties or even teleties are so much better & no breakage

so cute! but putting your hair up when wet does cause a lot of breakage :( id recommend some lightweight gels to get it to stay together without being wet!
